Helf facilitates connections between users and independent personal trainers. Trainers are independent contractors, not employees of Helf. Helf does not guarantee the quality, safety, or suitability of any trainer's services. Users engage with trainers at their own risk.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Helf. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
